Ice guard and flashing along with proper ventilation systems are the keys to successful roofing systems We are involved in Shingle installations both Trip-Tab and 30, 40, 50 year AIA shingle .The triple tab shingle is a little less in terms of materials cost but it lacks the Style and character the AIA shingles will offer, and it carries a 25 year warranty as opposed to the 30, 40 and 50 year warranty with the AIA shingles.

We can complete all tear off and removal, and installation of the above mentioned materials or in a lot of cases we will install a modified rubber roofing system either torch-down or cold applied. Each type of roofing has its applications and the choice of which to use will be determined by the type of structure being considered for roofing.

Masonry

Reliable Construction can handle your masonry needs whether it is new footings, with brick and block installations or maybe there is a part of your masonry in need of repairs and tuck pointing.

Chimneys , walls, steps are all vulnerable to weather erosion and as the mortar erodes it crumbles leaving the interior of the brick/block even more vulnerable to water and ice causing even more deterioration very rapidly. MANY times we can save these structures with minimal brick replacement if any and in this case we can grind out the joints and prepare for new mortar to be installed into the joints in question. We can add color to the new mortar to blend the new work with the old where applicable. We can install new caps, install liners and in worse case scenarios we can tear it down and rebuild where needed.

We will always cover and protect your roofing systems while working on and or along a roof system while masonry work is being completed.
